30-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. If for any reason the item doesn’t fit, isn’t what you expected, or you simply changed your mind, you can send it back as long as it meets the return conditions listed below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags must still be attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging if possible
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alterations may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is quick and easy.
Contact our support team at support@calrenic.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange.
Our team will respond with return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, we’re happy to help arrange an exchange.
Because some items sell out quickly, the fastest way to get the item you want is often to return the original item and place a new order. If you prefer a direct exchange, please mention this when contacting our support team and we’ll do our best to assist.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions. After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically issued within 3–7 business days after the return is approved, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A photo of the item
Our support team will quickly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items
From time to time, certain items may be marked as Final Sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. This will always be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has already been shipped. If your order has shipped, you can still follow our standard return process.
